Arrival and Departure Information

SAN JOSE SESSION

For those flying to San Jose (Airport Code: SJC), please arrange flights to arrive between 9:00am and 2:00pm on Friday, June 26th. Departure will be on Friday, July 10. Please arrange departing flight prior to noon.

BOSTON SESSION

For those flying to Boston (Airport Code: BOS), please arrange flights to arrive between 9:00am and 4:00pm on Sunday, July 12th. Departure for Two Week students will be on Sunday, July 26th. Please arrange departing flight prior to noon. Departure for Three Week students will be on Sunday, August 2nd. Please arrange departing flight prior to noon.

DES MOINES SESSION

For those flying to Des Moines (Airport Code: DSM), please arrange flights to arrive between 9:00am and 3:00pm on Sunday, July 26th. Departure will be on Tuesday, August 4th. Please arrange departing flight prior to noon.

airport shuttles

We offer airport shuttles at all three sessions to make your students arrival at camp easier. Payment for air shuttles is offered in the registration portal. The airport shuttle fee is $60 (for round trip transportation) and $40 (for one way trips), for San Jose International Airport (SJC) for NDF: San Jose, Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) for NDF: Boston, and Des Moines International Airport (DSM) for NDF: Des Moines.

Financial aid information

Financial Assistance is need based and award amounts range from 20-75% of the tuition cost. All materials for Financial Aid applications are available in the registration portal and must be received by January 15th, 2020. Decisions will be made by February 1, 2020.

Students who apply after January 15, 2020 will be evaluated on an individual basis should expect award amounts in the maximum range of 30%.

Payment plans are possible for all students who make prior arrangements.

All applications require a $400.00 non-refundable deposit to hold a spot at our camps.
